Teen Ink Blogs

By Mark C., Clarkston, MI

I opened the door, and I’m hit
With an odor of mold
I discovered garbage
My dog discovered gold.
I remember making spaghetti
Covered with sauce and cheese
But after three months,
I’m brought to my knees.
The milk has expired
The zucchini had deflated
The old bean soup and peanut butter
Appear to be related.
I wondered where those wings went
I thought they were already taken
But they appear to be as old
As this package of bacon.
Take out the hamburger, the steak
I need a break
Before I get a headache.
