By Darren A., Ayer, MA

Strings are tangled
Not sure in what direction
For they all somehow together
Meeting to their other half
The piece that holds them

You’re that half I thought
But the strings are too tangled
Even for us to try to fix now
I guess over time it might work
For now we’re still together

Just not so clear
For it will take more time
To see if it will straighten
But till then I’m still happy
Just ’cause I’m still connected

Still close to you
But we’ll see how it will be
If we’re supposed to be tangled
Or if it will straighten out
And we’ll be show worthy

Till then I guess
I’m happy to be stuck with you
In just our friendship way
So don’t take her away
Puppet Master
