The answers aren't the important part,
What's important is that yourespond.
Whether or not the suicide was visceral,
Or if it was just thewrong time.
Please give me the attention you gave to taking the orangepills,
To skipping school,
To wasting away in front of my eyes.
Doesn'tit count for something that it hurt me too,
That I was just as depressed asyou.
So after you bled the words from your belly,
That told the world howit wasn't fair to you,
I became the one who was with you the most,
And theone whom you always let down.
So when they finally said you were okay,
Iknow it was in spite of me,
That you filled the tub to end the void,
Thencleanse yourself and drown.
