Teen Ink Blogs

Yellow discolored pages of a book
Untouched by modern technology
Nestledaway in the tranquility of nature
Stands tall
Overlooking the stagnantwater of the pond
In a town called rock hill

Getting lost
Crunchingthrough the woods
In search of blueberries
Bugs bite
Birdschirp

Lying around
On the shag carpet of grass
Doing nothing
Asthe sun warms
From the cool breeze blowing

Walk down the hill
Castoff, Reel in
Pass time thinking relaxing
Stress melts away
Not a care inthe world

Why does summer end?
I love it here
And never want togo
