By Angel M., Boston, MA

   Cuando el viento sopla,

siento escalofrios en el alma,

tiemblo, y me pregunto . . .

hay de verdad un mundo de milagros?

En mi mente, un mundo de milagros

es como las estrellas y plantetas; brillantes!

El mundo de milagros

es silencioso, tranquilo, un mundo de paz

que llena el ambiente.

En mi mente, un mundo de milagros

contiene el canto de los pajaros

y las risas infantiles de los ninos

jugando en el parque.

As the wind blows,

as the wind chills me,

I think to myself,

Is there really a miracle

world?

In my mind, the miracle

world is like stars and

shiny planets.

The miracle world is quiet

and peaceful; silence fills the

air.

I hear only birds singing and

laughter of small children on

the playground.
