By Asa G., ,

   I ride over the waves,

Through good times and bad.

I mix in with the sand,

And get tangled in the seaweed.

Small pebbles bury me all day,

Until I'm gone,

Gone for years,

Until the tide comes,

And the pebbles disappear.

I'm soaked all day,

Even when there's sun,

Incredibly hot sun,

Blistering hot sun.

Sometimes dry,

Sometimes wet,

Always amazing,

Always small.

Always incredible,

But exhibited for all.
