Thanks for the advice, I've submitted another piece of work, but I don't know if it will be approved... it's been a couple of weeks, so, yeah. I'll be sure to practice a lot! :)

Overall, 4.5/5 The texture of the girl's hair and the hand details can be improved, and the fact that the girl's shirt is the same color as the guy's jacket kinda confuses me. But very good asthetic effect.
Thanks! And yes, I do need to improve in anime, haha. Trying to practice it whenever I get a chance.
Umm, no. The paint programs on the Bamboo tablet are Adobe Photoshop Elements and Corel Painters Essentials, which are both very great programs, but I hardly ever use them because they run so slow. Paint Tool SAI is only a couple of kilobytes, and still has many brushes. By the way, who are you? If supposedly you are "on my chat list".
Ah, I know now, haha. BTW, this isn't my best work, I need MUCH MORE work on anime.
