cool! i use to have gimp but im not surehow to free draw or make ppl...now im using adobe photsohp cs5...its really fun but hard to just free drawor make people...especially anime
You should really try out Paint Tool SAI, then. I know that many professionals use Paint Tool SAI to draw anime, and drawing anime is very easy with Paint Tool SAI. (It might've been originally created for anime art)

You're welcome =) it's nice how you colored it...this girl at my school draws anime stuff like that too (but you're better) and she leaves it black and white...it looks so much better in color. Please comment on and rate my photos too! :) I would reallyy appreciate it
