Cold air washed against my face as I opened my bedroom window. I jumped down on the ground and shut my window behind me. The car sitting by the curb flashed it's light twice. I rolled my eyes at my friends impatience. I quickly jogged across the lawn into the car and we all drove off.
"God it took you forever Scarlet." My friend Gina complained. "I'm so sorry that I wanted to look perfect." I say sarcastically. Violet rolled her eyes. "Well at lest she here and we wont be late for the party." Violet says in a flat voice. Gina turned up the music and stepped on the gas.
Music was blaring from the house when we pulled up. There was kids dancing and drinking outside. While others were making out. Inside was exactly the same. Boys and girls were partnered off on the dance floor grinding against each other. My friends and I walk up to the keg and get yourselves a beer. We were only standing there one minute until Violet and Gina's boyfriends came to clam them. "Bye Scarlet!" The yelled as their boyfriends led them away. A gave a sarcastic smile and waved.
"Hey baby." A voice says into my ear. I turn to see Slade standing next to me. "Hey." I say while placing my hands on his chest. He smiled and lend down towards me lacing his lips against mine. I lock my arms around his neck as he wraps his around my waist. We soon end up on a couch with him laying on-top of me. People don't pay us any mind and other couples just push us aside as they get on the couch. Slade starts to nibble on my ear then whispers. "Want to find a place quieter, where we can be alone." I nod my head letting him take me away.
We pass a bunch of closed doors but we finally find a empty room. Slade Closes the door behind him as I make my self comfortable on the bed. See when a rich kid throws a party in their big homes, there are always plenty of rooms for couple's to sneak off to. It's the greatest part of these stories. Its not like Slade and I haven't been alone together, but it seems more exciting at a party. Slade comes over to me and cups my face in his hands. We start kissing again, wrapping our bodies together. We don't get to far until there's a knock at the door. "Go away!" Slade yells. The door handle jingles as someone tries to open it. Slade groans and gets up. He yanks open the door to see some boy standing there. "Get out!" The kid yells. "No!" Slade says in a challenging voice. My phone begins to beep. I read the text and jump up. "Gotta go." I say to Slade as I pass by him out the door.
"Argh some stupid kid like kicked us out of the room we were in." Violet complains. "Yeah that happen to me too." Gina added. "Huh weird I guess that was the same kid that budge in on Slade and me." We all let out a sigh feeling pissed off that we were all interrupted. "Wonder if that was the older brother are something." I wonder aloud. "Yeah think so." Violet says. We are all quiet the rest of the ride home. Each of us slightly annoyed and pissed off.
