basically I'm thinking of this forum built around "embassies" these are really small areas where only believers in one ideology can post, then their is a common area for everyone to debate issues. Each embassy is for the individuals in that ideology to discuss the issues on the main forum.

How broad would the forum be? Would it cover all political philosophies, or just anarchist philosophies? Or something else? I might be in depending on the focus. The embassy idea is certainly interesting/appealing.

I think this is a very good idea. My only problem is that it would be difficult to force people to only join groups they believe in. I think it could be worked out, but stopping people from "trolling" in forums of groups they don't believe in would take some creative ideas to stop, but I think your concept has a lot of potential.
