I support the legalization of any type of drug, provided it is used on private property, therefore preventing the drug from having an effect on any person who does not consent to being under the influence of the drug.
It is neither my duty nor the government's duty to attempt to protect an individual from the consequences of their choices.
I firmly believe in freedom of choice. If someone wants to kill themselves over time, they can by all means do it.
While I am not promoting the usage of marijuana or any drug (I would never use them myself), I am stating my support for their legalization.

One of the main stances of the libertarian party from their official platform is, "No law shall be made restricting rights to private property." Young Libertarian gives an accurate depiction of the modern libertarian party's stance on this issue and others. I don't necessarily agree with him that all drugs should be legalized, but hey, the guy is consistent on his opinions!

Googled libertarian party realized that libertarian is free market capitalism in the US. Dafuq every where else its anti state socialism
