Lynn smiled at the shop. She had a respect for those who stood up for minorities. She nodded towards one of Siarra's dresses. "That's really cute," she said, feeling a little awkward because she always shopped alone. Usually.

Siarra smiled. "Do you think so?" She bit her lip, looking around. She picked out a nice dress. "Here, I think you should try this on."
Apr. 9 at 1:40 pm
Lynn half frowned, half smirked at the dress. On one hand, her figure wasn't the best at the moment. But, what does it matter? Not like she has anyone to impress. She took it from Siarra and went to put it on, "If this actually looks good I'll be shocked."

Siarra chuckled. "Actually, a female brave enough to show preg.nancy is considered attractive simply for the fact she's there."
Apr. 9 at 2:21 pm
Lynn laughed at that, coming out in the dress. She didn't think it looked terrible, but she was obviously preg.nant. Not that she really minded. Everyone probably knew at this point. "Honestly, I think I'll show no matter what I wear. So does that make me brave by default?"
Apr. 9 at 8:47 pm
"It'd make you brave if you held the bravery in the way you walked and acted as well." Siarra shrugged. "I think it looks good on you."

Lynn shrugged. "I've been told to be a good little pet for a long time... and Sable wasn't really a big fan of my scientific ramblings after a while, so... Basically, I haven't been 100% myself since I got here. Kind of hard to look confident, then." She shook her head. "Sure, I used to wear stuff like this when I wasn't researching in the lab."
Apr. 24 at 12:01 am
"I think it would bother Sable because it intimidates him and makes him feel stupid or inadequate." Siarra. mumbled.
Apr. 24 at 11:37 pm
Lynn sighed. "Sounds about right... I always tried to talk like a normal 19 year old, really. But sometimes it just slips out. He isn't the first to feel that way when it does, though."
Apr. 24 at 11:47 pm
"I think maybe if you just talked slower, it wouldn't bother him as much." Siarra shrugged. "Just a suggestion."

Lynn nodded in agreement. “Yeah, that seems possible. It would have to be very regulated, though. If you talk too slowly to anyone they take it like you think they’re stupid. I know, because I take it that way.” She slipped away to change back into her normal clothes.

"But with Sable, you can start slowest and work your way to a point in which he's comfortable. You know, play it off like you're doing it slow by accident." Siarra told her through the door.
