"That's why my home is under the sea..." Rai muttered. He shifted to his left and felt a longing for the sea.

Ares smirked at his unhappy family members, "I, personally, enjoy the human world. So, much fighting and war and... Fire." He smiled and took a sip of his coffee.

Xiyra sighs, finally getting to her feet and walking toward the others. "Only you, Ares, would find enjoyment in that," she mutters.

Ares looks over at the girl who was starting to leave, "And who are you?"

Jakob huffed with frustration.
"Gah! Just leave me alone!" His eyes flashed brightly, giving her a cold stare. "I would set Cerberus on you if I could!" He growled.

"You're Hades?" Allison asked, catching the clue from the whole "Cerberus" thing.

"Yes, huntress. If you must know, I am." Jakob wanted to hit himself for being so stupid. He'd let it all slip out. Just when he was hoping to get away and be left alone. He cursed out loud.

Hera looked over by the door where she heard a raised voice and the mention of Cerberus. "Ah, another of my disfunctional family members, hello brother Hades, how goes the Underworld?" She called over the heads of the people around her. Carefully she walked around the tables to confront her shady brother. Suddenly Hera noticed that there seemed to be some kind of comotion with the patrons of the shop. With shock she remembered that not all the people in the building were of godly descent. We should get these mortals out of here before someone gets hurt, she thought, with mild interest.

Jakob huffed and glared at the girl who called him brother.
"Hera. Looking as sour and condescending as ever." He muttered. He stopped walking glaring back at the family he was trying to escape.

Allison had never quite been completely caught up in all the latest family drama, since she spent must of her time alone, hunting. She found her family was quite disfunctional and she wasn't having it. "Stopping be sour, all of you. We should be happy we found each other." she said, looking from face to face.

"Happy?" Jakob sputtered. "That I found these people? Right, then I guess I should be happy about walking barefoot on glass, I suppose." He snorted. He crossed his arms over his chest, glaring at his 'family'.

"Of course, and you are just as grumpy and lifeless as always, Hades." Hera replied with a sweet smile, barely hiding her annoyance. "Ah, and Artemis dear, do stay out of it, you never were much for human realtionships were you? I seem to recall you prefer animals over men, yes?" Hera sneered.

Allison smiled uneasily at everyone. "Why do you all dislike each other so much?" she asked.

"If you absolutely must know, I'm Nyx," Xiyra replies, shrugging before glancing toward the others, a frown creasing her pale brow.

Jakob growled, curling his lip. He brought a hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose, closing his eyes.
"I've always hated family reunions." He grumbled.

Allison sighed, "Why is everyone so tense? Just calm down. It's not like we can kill each other... We're mortal now."

((I know this is sorta weird, but could I create a Zues character who is the reason they all ended up at the same coffee shop? Like he contacted each of histhem and planted a subconcious thought in their head so that each of them would have a reason to end up in the coffee shop at the same time. Like he called a meeting of all the humanized gods and goddesses but they didn't know he had actually summoned them at all??? ))

Zues opened the door to the coffee shop, he wore an AC-DC t-shirt which clearly sported a large lightning bolt. His hair had a flyaway look to it, as if he had come in on a tornado, which in fact he had. ((Zues is still a god... if thats ok, he is not mortal but simply a god in his mortal guise.))
"Ah," he exclaimed loudly, "I am glad you all got my message to meet here today. Is everyone here? I apologize for my tardiness. I trust everyone getting along alright?"
