Yikes, that's like a lifetime away, relax. It's only prom. I'm guessing you're in 9th or 8th grade, but I can assure you that prom sucks and isn't worth it. You should spend the night with your friends instead.

Ummm, prom is this year for me. But I can't go. All juniors HAVE to have a date in order to go to prom. So, I'll be spending my prom night at home watching movies in my t-shirt and sweatpants. Joy.

Look on the bright side. You won't have to pay expensive money for an uncomfortable dress that you'll only wear once, to a place where guys will just either ignore you or slobber all over you, and movies usually last longer in the minds of people than just a dance.
