I have little flings with guys sometimes but they never last. As in, after the night he asks for my number, nothing happens between us. I'm starting to doubt that it will ever last very long...help? :/

Well those suck...you probably hear this all the time so sorry if I'm just repeating but maybe confront him about it, or instead of him calling you, try calling him. If these keep happening...sometimes a break from "relationships" can do good.

thanks...I guess I just feel like I'm not good enough all the time so I get scared to confront anyone

JoPepper is right, you are good enough. When you find someone that is right for you, you won't be 'good enough'. You'll be that person they couldn't imagine life without (then again that might be the hopeless romantic in me).
Instead of going after any of these guys you had 'flings' with you should move and and try to find a nice guy. Don't ask for his number, just befriend him. Friends make the best partners in a relationship, because they will already come to learn who you are and respect you without the confusion that relationships bring.

I guess you're right. It just seems impossible when you're really good friends with someone to ask for anything more as you don't want to hurt your friendship or make it awkward.
