Im just so lost in this one. So i tried moving on, i went out with this other guy but we broke up. He says he still loves me and that he did do it to protect me from his problems. I love him so much, i really do want to fight for him. He says that he really does love me and that he doesnt love her. I didnt think things were as bad as they are now. He has protection over me, and is doing his best to keep me safe. He says that he will always love me, and that he doesnt want to let me go. He swore to me the truth, and i believe him.He hurt me a lot, but i still love him. Ever since he told me this ive felt happier. I dont want to let him go..... My question should i still fight for him after knowing the truth?

That's a question you have to answer for yourself. The sensible person would move on, but what's the point in always being sensible? Sensible people live and die in tiny towns all over the world.

Truth is, I'd have to know more about the relationship. Can he really commit? From what you said, I'm assuming he cheated on you once? Figure out how serious this cheating was and if he's really serious about you. He needs to show you it, not just say it.
