my friend was with another friend of mine and she hurt him alot he ran to me and i was there for him and recently he admitted he likes me and tbh i really like him too but it feels weird cause he was with me friend she said she doesnt care if we get together but still and hes really scared so i told him we will wait and maybe if we care about each other to much we can be together should i just ask him out?

Yeah, I would date him. Just as long as your friend doesn't mind that you will date him, after all, it was your friend who ended the relationship, or it sounds like it anyway.

Just remember that if you end up going out and breaking up, it'll probably get super weird between the two of you. If he's honestly worth it, then go for it. definetely :)

me personally, even if my friend said it was ok, i wouldn't date their ex it would feel so weird. but if you and the dude really care about each other, then see how it goes. i would just be prepared just in case drama starts happening because even though your friend said it's ok, she might not think you'll actually do it
