You may already know this, but when you recycle, old paper and plastics are reused to make new things. My friend has a jacket that she didn't even know was made out of recycled materials until our teacher pointed it out. Instead of letting something take weeks to degrade in a dump, these items become a part of our everyday lives... again! I know you may have heard this a lot, but every little thing counts.
