Look at your dog, tell me something, would you want your special friend living in a small cage his/her ENTIRE LIFE???? That’s what a puppy mill is like, helpless animals living in cages with no love, being treated like crap.
It’s estimated that there is about 4,000 puppy mills in United States, about half a million puppies are sold each year. They are bred constantly, until they die. These helpless animals don’t get any shelter. In the winter, they freeze, in the summer, they’re cooked.
When a dog can breed no more, they kill it, burn it alive, and stone it, anything they can do to kill it. Dogs that are unwanted by buyers are bred, only the puppies that are wanted are to be treated a little better.
Many dogs and puppies get diseases from these horrid places. Distemper, Parvovirus, Giardia, are just a fraction of all the diseases. Don’t let any more animals suffer from anything else!!!
Help stop puppy mills by not buying puppies from a pet store. Most of the pet store’s puppies come from a puppy mill.
