I've tried so hard to be the best I can be, but that just isn't enough is it? Even if you fight for the things you have always thought you knew best, you lose sight of the goal along the way. You forget what you were fighting so desperately for. What you had tried so hard for is gone, and while running in delirious circles - you realize at one point "how did I get here?"
People aren't perfect. We forget sometimes, and sometimes we forget dreams when unconsciously, slowly, drifting away from them. Dreams of being an artist because someone had said that you can't make good money that way? Dreams of playing the piano and jolt at the jealously of another person playing thinking "I can never catch up." Dreams of dancing when you think about how others might criticize you, or even those little kiddy dreams of becoming a superhero and helping those in need. What ever happened to those dreams? Were they simply forgotten? . . . No, they weren’t forgotten. They were just hiding, lagging you behind as a person with talent and aspiration that never took the chance to do so. So that when we grow up, we will be stronger and perhaps then we will learn how to foster lost our dreams and the seemingly empty ambition into reality.
