Favorite Quote:
"Life may bend to my control, but Love I cannot kill."

The sun glares through my window
trying to burn me alive
nothing can satisfy him.
I writhe against my burning sheets
screaming as this flaming nightmares consumes
this hellish prison i call a body.
As the inferno rises on the brink of destroying my body
I let out a cry that brings you flying to my side.
you soothe me with your icy palms,
trailing them like a soothing balm all down my body.
Your wintry gaze compels and enchants me,
like a deadly sheet of black ice.
I need you like an autumn storm
to sate the temple of my body.
You are mine,
as I am yours.

I was inspired by the constant temperature my body keeps (99.3) and how it always feels like I'm burning to death, especially on those humid summer nights that you wake up in the middle of the night, gasping for breath from a nightmare.
