Matt's Eyes

A brilliant shade of blue,
Piercing and bright,
Watching your every move,
Fluorescent light,
Screaming out at you,
They halt you in your tracks,
They reach into your soul,
Never looking back.
They follow every kiss,
They command every touch,
They know who’s the boss,
But they understand so much.
These lightning eyes of stormy blue,
Though fierce at times,
Will comfort you.
Electrifying, crisp, and clear,
Holding my gaze ‘til the morning’s near.
When our eyes connect,
Sparks fly,
And when he smiles,
His eyes are satisfied.
