Beyond the mirror on the wall is a reflection
A portrayal of deceiving eye
Beyond a smile of humble nobility
Lies a sacred, wise lie
Beyond the road on the east side
Is a horizon of black and blue
Beyond the pain and agony
Lies the start of something new
Beyond the end of temptation
Is a promise of renewal to forgive
Beyond her eyes of satin gold
Is a chance for you to live
Beyond a glass half full of time
A clock stands still as hours past
Beyond a breath of anticipation
Lies a kiss that never lasts
Beyond the fear and screaming terror
Exists a brand new day
Beyond the whispers of the sinners
“It’s okay to not be okay …”

Now Cinderella don't you go to sleep, it's such a bitter form of refuge, oh don't you know the kingdom's under siege, and everbody needs you. - The Killers

Wow, I don't even know what to say because I am so entranced by the last line... "It's okay to not be okay..." That's great. That right there is a golden line, and you are incredibly talented to have written something so simple yet so magnificent. Please check out my work sometime if you have the chance? I'd love to hear from you.
