A world at war
People dying not only on the battlefield
But in their homes
In prisons
Children crying
Their hands are covering their eyes
To hide away the tears
Hide away the hate
A world at war

The Holocaust was a horrible occurrence. This is a poem I wrote in response to my experience studying it.
