Hand, I forbid you to let go of this; hanging on a thin thread
I know you are waiting for someone else to come to the rescue
Specific someone, you know what you want, forbid faith be dead
But only when he comes back for both us, can we eat our food
Mirror, mirror floating in my dreams, allow me one question to ask
Is there a life beyond he who has haunted both of us forever
If it so, I cannot complete this lonely-given taunted task
Because the only way to walk through the well is to be clever
Princess can't wait any longer, it's too long til the final draw
Now, now is the time for grapes to be smashed and loyalty tested
Pitter-pattering feet on the floors carved from the broken saw
Be it only roses and clouds to make my angel feet festive
You're slipping away, a penguin victim to melting, dirty ice
If only you had fingers, it wouldn't have to be too late
If my shoulder remains cold, then I could never realize
What is it that awaits me at the end of my warm fate
Wait! That is all that ever occupies my plastic lists
I can hardly hold my breath as the time grows ever nigh
My love letters crumple underneath the power of my fists
Set free in my heart all these violet butterflies
