The sun cascades over mournful mountains,
tick tock, tick tock
the wind a ghost’s gentle caress
tick tock, tick tock
They all know the fruit has been bitten,
tick tock, tick tock
And so she is as a pig lead to slaughter,
tick tock, tick tock
The man’s grip sweaty, an eager grin graces his face,
tick tock, tick tock
A bird screams in the distance, the sky weeps,
tick tock, tick tock
hesitant, waiting for it to fall they hold their breath,
tick tock, tick tock
SCHH-LIC-KK, BOOM
The clocks stops, she is finally free.
