of the pain she feels daily or of her craving for bleeding?

For the words as I read them make me worry about her,
make me fear for her safety, her mental state and well-being,
though I don’t even know her, only by accident found her.
It’s important she knows that someone cares how she’s feeling.
Will it matter to her, though, that a stranger’s impacted?
Will the words she has written be taken down and deleted
if I tell her I saw them and about how I reacted?
Is there some way to help her, keep the harm unrepeated?
