Nobody loves me, not even my one
I am here where they sweep under the rug
Reaching for the stars and the midnight sun
Anything is possible with my drug

“You’re annoying, useless, not even here”
“Your choices your own, I can only shrug”
Yet I am the doll, you the puppeteer
Anything is possible with my drug

“You sick crack head, you’ll ruin your life”
I aim for heaven, away from your mug
You yell and scream but never stop the knife
Anything is possible with my drug

You say I’m worthless and you yank my string
I try to please you, you see a thug
I aim for the sky, the top fairy ring
Anything is possible with my drug

What if I achieve it, complete your dream
You yearn to kill, squish me like a pill bug
Can I do it, a white powdery spring
Anything is possible with my drug

Lock on the door, protecting me from you
I grab bottle after bottle, glug, glug
With my friend the knife, drops of blood I drew
Anything is possible with my drug

Needle after needle I pierce my skin
Opening my addiction with one tug
Wondering whether you or I will win
Anything is possible with my drug

You bang and hack, you go after my soul
My face contorts in a brief dose of smug
The door unrelenting to even your throw
Anything is possible with my drug

One last sniff of powder, last dose of time
One last sniff as I fill the black bath tub
Under my breath, prayer of nursery rhyme
Anything is possible with my drug

One intake of breath, I have breathed my last
I thrust my head under, liquid and plug
My desire for death was unsurpassed
Anything is possible with my drug

I open my eyes, death’s waiting for me
Air burning lungs, wanting out with a lug
I hold fast tightly, yearning to be free
Anything is possible with my drug

Expecting the light I flutter my wings
As my form gives out, body slumping
As black takes over I am finding
The drugs, when reduced, amount to nothing
