my legs won't stop
they just keep walking
don't know where I'm going
don't know where this life is gonna take me
my mind spin down my life outta control
I'm not in control of my body
trying to follow my heart
but my legs wont let me
they have plans of their own
don't know where my legs will take me
not sure where I'll end up
not sure when I'ma stop
don't know why I'm still walken
I set out a few days ago
didn't know where I was going
just knew it was gonna take awhile to get there
so I packed a bag
put the few things I own in it
a bottle of water
the little money I have in my name
a week worth of clothes
a note book some pencils and pens
pictures of my loved ones
and took of on my journey
didn't know where I was gonna end up at
didn't know how long I'd be walken
didn't know if I had enough money in my name to get me there
all I knew is I was going and my feet wouldn't stop for anything
my mind was set I was leaving this life
leaven this one horse town
leaven the memories behind
forgotten the tears I shed
leaven the shadows behind me
didn't know where to go
this place of sorrow was the only place I ever knew
just gonna keep going till it feels right to stop
