“Bro New Orleans is better.” “Nah bruh Rio is hella better.” Rio de Janeiro is famous for its’ Carnivals, Samba, and most of all King Momo. People travel all over the world for Brazils famous Carnival, having to do with King Momo and the Samba. Saying that Rio is better than New Orleans because we have Sambas, King Momo, and Carnivals. The first reason Rio is better because Rio has a Musical Cauldron called the Samba. Samba has a lot of energy and freestyle into the music. Using instruments such as drums, trumpet, and more. Samba shares three outstanding qualities, beautiful, highly, and expressive melodies. New Orleans may have jazz but Brazil takes it and makes it into another genre. Another reason that Rio is the best is because of the Big Carnival that happens. Rio’s Carnival is celebrated for the same reason as Mardi Gras but, it’s celebrated all over the country. Unlike New Orleans Carnival that only happen for 20 blocks, Rio’s Carnival is celebrated all over the country. Also, they build a huge dome just for the all the Parades and Floats. Each Parade or Float is followed by people dressing the same way as the float. The final reason that makes Rio better is because of King Momo. King Momo is the start and opening to a carnival. With a golden keys he has, he gets all the eyes on him. One requirement he have to have is he have to be fat. New Orleans may have Big Freeda but we have King Momo. Who doesn’t love a big fat king with a golden key? There’s no argument, Rio de Janerio is better than New Orleans. One thing is because of the Musical Cauldron. Second is because of the Carnival and it has its huge dome for the parades. The number one reason is because of King Momo. Therefore, Rio de Janeiro is better than New Orleans. “Woah, yup yup you were right bro.” “See, I told you.”
