I might not be free,
But that's fine by me.
It means I won't get hurt,
If it was the opposite I'd always be on red alert.
I don't need a boyfriend,
If I had one it'd be my end.
You say you want to be alone,
But then you just go on your phone.
Whatever my life doesn't need you in it,
And that's a perfect fit.
I cry,
But you don't try to help,
You just say goodbye.
