One day 2 high school Juniors living in Atlanta Georgia hit their local race track Road Atlanta for Grid Life South At Road Atlanta in their drift cars. They all wanted to meet Vaughn Gittin Jr., and Hert from Hoonigan.
Dave arrived first in his drift ready Nissan s15 2JZ swapped hoping to get a good spot close to the track. He didn’t though due to people camping overnight there. Finally, Jimmy arrived after being 1 hr. Late to show up in his Rx7 FC LS swapped as a tribute to Hert.

Dave and Jimmy put the proper drift tires and went to tech to see if there cars are safe for Road Atlanta and drifting. After that they went to the drivers Meeting and that was hecktic. Another hour passed and both Dave and JImmy were ready to hit doors on Road Atlanta.

Dave and JImmy approach the first drift section at about 50mph right before the corner they both downshift into 2 and pull the huge hydraulic handbrake to lock the wells and initiate the drift in sync. They pop the clutch to get even more angle and nail the throttle. All you hear is 2JZ and a LS with tires screaming like a Scared pig. The tandem is glorious until Jimmy Taps the clutch while in front and slows down causing Dave to tap his rear quarter panel causing Jimmy to spin out into the gravel and his tires grip up to much causing Jimmy to roll the Rx7.

If not for the proper equipment and safety technology in Jimmy’s car he would’ve been squished like a bug.
