The Never Fading Scars of A Self inflictor

She held the blade in her hand .Shaking steadily; she turned her risk over and studied the blue veins as sweat bled from her finger tips. She emailed me when she was done with the self infliction; the pain in her heart was still there. Yet now it had spread to her arm. Self infliction is causing harms to one’s self. Self infliction does not provide help to emotional problems caused by things around you.
In the end, precious skin is scarred and based on what many self inflictors tell me, the pain never really goes away after they cut. Research shows that girls are most known for cutting yet boys do it also. Moreover, after cutting so many times, the trill is one, yet the scars will always be there. Family and friends will urge you o stop, yet in the end as Tracey Aldren says,”You have to stop for you…”
The first step to ending self infliction starts with the self inflictor. They have to come to realize and understand people are always there for them. When no one is around for them to express themselves to, there are other ways to release pain in more constructive manner. This can be done through art, writing, etc. Yet one thing to remember is the pain won’t go away and the scars won’t either.
