Althought, there is one thing I want to know:  how did the Hatter discover Alice as a little girl.  I'm sure he didn't think, "Oh, look, a little girl.  Why, I do believe I'll pop into her room and give her quite a surprise."  Maybe he took the wrong turn somewhere...?
