Summary: When Julian was young misfortune befell her family. Her parents killed and her brother missing. With no recollection of what happened she is taken in by Gideon, someone who found her outside her blood filled house. For some reason they need to leave, and their only option is to go on the Oregon Trail...but what happens when someone follows them.

Omg this book is absolutely amazing. I was literally reading it with tears in my eyes. Great wording:) you so have the talent to become a famous author
