My Grandkids

I’m sitting in my rocking chair watch my grand kids chase each other around the house. Well there are ten of them. They are all boys but one. Their names and ages are Peter he is six, John he is eight, Luke he is ten, Mark he is five, Matthew he is nine, Jonah he is four, James he is eleven, Daniel he is ten, Joshua he is twelve, and Ruth she is twelve. Then I herd some pounding on floor and I told my self not to look up. Then I heard a big band and I looked up. Joshua, Daniel and James were smacking the junk out of each other. Then Ruth came and took James and Joshua by there ears. Then she gave then a word of prayer. When they came back in James and Daniel started to fight again. Then when they got close to my chair I took a cain and hit James right slit on the head. Joshua and Daniel bust out laughing. He grasped his head. She told you to stop fighting so stop right now. Ok I’m not tying to be mean, but she told you stop. Then I felt my nickels touch my chest and I remember I could tell then a story. Hey Joshua will you get all of the kids for me. Yes grandpa with a smile on his face. I told James and Daniel to get ten
soft pillows from the closet. Then Joshua came down with Jonah in his arms. Then I heard Daniel and James coming down the hallway. I told Joshua to coming stand beside me so he and Jonah would not be run over by them. They came filling down the hallway with the pillows in their arms. They got to the room and dropped all of them in a pile. Then I told Joshua he could get the rest now. Jonah graded a pillow got in his spot because he already new there was going to be a story. Came Mark and Peter with there stuffed bears. Then Peter and Mark grad there pillows and sat down to what for the rest. Then Joshua had to drag Luke and Matthew down stairs. James graded then pillows their pillows and gave them to them. Then he graded a pillow and sat down. Daniel did the some thing he did. Then John and Joshua can down stairs. John ran to the pillows and graded one then sat down. Joshua went back up stair and ran back down with Ruth. They graded their pillows and sat down. Then grandma called out I’m going to make popcorn candy. They are the best she makes then into little balls and we get to eat then. The kids love them. Now is every one here Joshua. Yes grandpa every kid is here. When I look at every one of then Jonah blurted out what is the story about grandpapa. This story is not about any made up person. This story is going to be about my whole life. To today because I think would like to hear about an adventure of a town boy can turn into a country boy. I looked around to see all of my grand kids around. I will start when I was twelve and I got my first very best friend.
