Summary: After Bridgets father goes to America and gets his painting business booming he invited his family to go. Bridgets mother is sick and not wanting to part with her precious England so she sends her two oldest daughters. Their father has sent tickets for them to sail on the maiden voyage of the Titanic. Bridget is tossed into the icy cold waters of Fate and has to decide whether to struggle or go with the current.
