Summary: The year is 5572 and the world has been destroyed. Nothing but barren desserts and few tidbits of fertile land lived in the vast surroundings. But just off the area where the coast of California was lay a huge wall. Not just a huge wall, but 99 boxes consisting of four walls each were there. Welcome to Sector 99. The place is ruled by the dictator: Lord Duke Von Rimer. He ruled from his standpoint the 99th sector itself. Only the despicable low lives lived in the 1st to possibly 10th sectors. And yet, the dictator never cared. He did not care, not at all.
