Summary: Somewhere in the future, the decaying dystopian metropolis called Lorthof has complete domination over political propaganda. One man reigns supreme: Lord Wister Wahsilby.

What most weary citizens don't realize is that the leader of the rebel movement sworn to overthrow Wahsilby is a General named Michelle: none other than Wister's former wife.
