Summary: Jessica White, a sixteen year old run away, turns to her aunt for protection from her mother and father. When she travels too far from home, Jessica is threatened emotionally and physically. Her aunt feels like a failure, and her mother could care less. Jessica wants to fight, but bravery sometimes isn't enough.
