Just over 2ft tall with short blond hair
Little sapphires peeked out
She danced and twirled about
Penetrating the air like diamond cuts
“Look, look at what I can do”
Scampering to the corner I watched
She took a deep breath and with all her might
Step- hop
Step- hop
Step- hop
I looked at her with awe
I could never be prouder
She can skip!
No more peculiar hops for her
I would give up rubies and emeralds
Just to see the proud achievement
