The bluebird sings with her mate
She has someone to appreciate.
The lone bird sings mournfully
All she’s to think about is mortality
And she’s got a broken heart
That’s what it’s been from the start
All her life she’s been alone
With no place to call her home
That little bird grows stronger now
Through tougher ground she can plow.
Though her heart’s been torn apart,
Her life lays out a piece of art
It all started with a broken heart and hurtful words
All she can say is, “Love is for the birds!”
