a placid moment
an intermission of longing
melodies from 2012
dingy photographs, extended
stares at mere objects-
uncovered memories
a second
it flashes; I cradle it
my heart aches, but my
mouth smiles
my vision- blurry
I can't breathe
but now the moment is over
And I bury the feeling
away
