I'm making a list of things that we need here.
Here in this little other house
We don’t live here
We just come here
And this is a list of the things that we need here.
All we have here are books and paper and pens
And candles and matches and cushions
Fortune telling cards
A little yellow lamp
Mirrors
Yogurt
A painting that grandma painted
And crystals in the windows.
What we need here are toothbrushes
Nail clippers
And hair clips.
And a toaster for toasting the bread that we need here.
And milk for the chocolate milk mix that we have here.
And a telephone to be bothered by the people we don’t want here.
