Just Admit It

You stare at me from the corner of your eyes,
You continue to do so as if I don't realize,
The way you taunt me by acting like you don't care,
Or by ignoring me like I'm not even there.
But you see, I do notice
How you take an extra breath when I’m around you.
How your eyes follow me when I pass right through.
How your palms sweat when I get near.
For when I’m around you its rejection you fear.
But why would I reject the idea of me and you?
When you should know by know that I think about you too.
So please the next time we're together don't push me away,
Because you’re wasting your time since I am here to stay.
So just admit it, its clear on your face,
How I leave you breathless and in a daze.
