Who Cares?

He hid.
Or did he?
Only he can know.
Was he screaming?
Did he show,
The scars,
The pain,
That relentlessly stained,
His broken thoughts?
Gone through so much,
Gone through enough.
To cry,
To beg,
To plead,
for help.
His mind it shrieks,
His heart it tears,
For all he really wants,
Is for someone who cares.
