Lies.
She always falls so hard,
Her eyes remained closed.
The boy never catches her,
Its always candid, never posed.
Her heart is real,
And her feelings true.
She continues to get walked on,
Its something she forgets but always knew.
Amiable and optimistic,
She has set goals.
She wants to go far in life,
She fights with all her soul.
Broken promises,
And words left unspoken.
These are the things,
That leave the wounds so open.
A smile is there,
To conceal the pain.
The boy who played her,
Thought it was one big game.
He told lies,
And made her be[lie]ve.
He conceived many promises,
This girl was anything but relieved.
A promise of forever,
A ring on her finger.
He lead her on,
And left the pain to linger.
She had so much to offer,
So much love to give.
She wasn't good enough for him,
This is the one mistake he will soon have to live.
He never knew,
What was right in front of him.
Its like the lights went down,
And everything went dim.
She couldn't offer him sex,
So he went off to find it else where.
The pain is just to much,
And he doesn't even care.
I know how it feels Young Girl,
To not be wanted.
Hes permanently on your mind,
Its the memories that are haunted.
I'm tired of boys,
Thinking with the wrong head.
They need to grow up and mature,
And be a man instead.
I finally got closure,
But its not the answer I wanted to hear.
I wanted him to love me,
I wanted him to reappear.
I know now,
God has someone better planned for me.
A real man,
Who knows exactly what he wants to be.

This is beautiful. I truly love it.
One grammatical point to address: "its" is a possessive adjective whereas "it's" is the contraction of "it is". This is a common mistake. Keep this rule in mind when you are writing your poems.
ohmygosh, this is absolutely positively wonderful. Definately 'fav' ing it. :D
