From God's Eyes

I'm blinded by hatred
all the darkness's of war
and I can't figure out
what I was put here for

Cause while other people suffer
I'm shielded by despair
I need you to hear me
and answer this prayer

I can't see through the shadows
of everything I've been through
So, God, give me your eyes
So I can see well, too
