Love is pain

it can destroy you

it can make you

it can help you

or it can break you



it is the bane of humanity

we all strive to find it

despite the fact that its utter insanity

yet we all want it so bad we can taste it



we all wish to have it but most of us never will

and that my friends is why we allow our friends to find their happiness in the form of a pill

we seek that which shall destroy that which we hold dearest

and we take it for granted in the ones to us that are nearest



we want what we cant have for happiness eternal

so we wait and we search and we seek that which eludes us for time imperceptible

it is the tie that binds

and the wheel of pain that grinds



it is forever lost in our everlasting quest

for us only to find that is a feeling that is really just a jest

so we sit and we hope and we pray

for the one thing that none of wil ever experience if but for a day
