Technology
This age is slowly ending
I look on everyday as it fades
The habits and virtues
That brought this society to the peak
Now put it on the tip
The tip of the knife
It ever wavers now
As more and more begin to lose sight
Through the technological facade of "work"
Power was always destined to bring us down
To corrupt us to the last
We may seem in control of this matrix of excuses and shortcuts
For one day will there be any use of effort left?
Or will these shortcuts take us right to the end of the labyrinth
Right off the edge of the cliff of our human essence
Is this the black spiral downward
Down to the death of the remnant of the human soul?
Or will this be the grand opening
to our ultimate salvation?
